Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Rose City Vision Care the leading provider of vision care products and services in Portland.

Dr. Thuy Tran

Dr. Tran graduated with a BS from UCLA in 1990. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry in 1994 from Pacific University: College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR and opened Rose City Vision Care a year later. Alongside of being the owner of Rose City Vision Care, Dr. Tran is also apart of the American Optometric Association and the Oregon Optometric Physician Association. Her specialty is primary care optometry. Dr. Tran’s goal as a provider is the listen to patients’ needs and provide various options and best solutions for them. On her spare time she enjoys spending time with her three children – Minh, Oscar, and Vera as well as fulfilling her duties as a traditional Air National Guardsman at the 142 Fighter Wing – Medical Group.

Dr. Huong Fearington

Dr. Fearington received her undergraduate at UCLA in 1992 and received her doctorates at Southern California College of Optometry in 1998. She did her residency in Low Vision at the Center of the Partially Sighted in Santa Monica, California in 1999 which is now located in Culver City. As a provider, Dr Fearington wants to treat patients as family and to do what is best for them. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
